By placing the ENTRENADOR hurdles in line with each other we gain an extra hurdle.This exercise will do the same enhancement on you training as the 'JL drill 1'. There is more emphasis on your calves and balance. The difrerrence is the way you go over the hurdles ... this should be done with legs moving on a bicycle style move. |
